How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Email address used at checkout
- Product name and a short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the issue and (if applicable) the shipping box/packaging
Recommended claim window: within 30 days of delivery. For shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Resolution Options
