Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. STAR EXCLUSIVE LLC does not store your full payment card details. Available payment options may vary depending on your device, browser, and location.

- Credit & Debit Cards: Major card networks supported by Shopify (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover where available)
- Shop Pay (when available)
- Apple Pay (when available on compatible Apple devices)
- Google Pay (when available on compatible devices/browsers)
- Other Shopify-supported payment options may appear at checkout depending on eligibility
The final set of payment methods shown at checkout is the most up-to-date list for your order.
Billing & Charges
Your payment method will be charged at the time you place your order (or when your payment is authorized, depending on the provider). The total amount charged includes:
- Product price(s)
- Applicable sales tax (if required)
- Shipping charges (if applicable), shown at checkout
Sales Tax
Sales tax may be calculated and collected as required by applicable U.S. laws, based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. The final tax amount (if any) is shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment Issues
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined for various reasons (insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, bank security checks, or card restrictions). Please verify your billing address, try another payment method, or contact your bank/card issuer for more details.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. A receipt and order details are included in your confirmation email.
