STAR EXCLUSIVE LLC ships to addresses within the United States. If shipping is not available for your location, checkout may prevent you from placing the order.

If your package shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it

If your order arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review and help resolve the issue.
